The initial consultation is free, so there's nothing to refund there. If we don't end up being a good fit, no hard feelings and no charge.
Projects like branding, design, or one-time website work usually require a deposit before we start. That deposit covers the time already spent on planning and early work, so it's non-refundable once we've begun. If a project is cancelled partway through, you'll be billed only for the work completed up to that point, and any amount paid beyond that will be refunded.
Ongoing services like social media management or SEO are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time for the following month, but we don't refund the current month once work has started, since that time and effort has already gone in.
