These terms cover any marketing, design, or consulting work you get from Set Up Services. By hiring us or signing off on a proposal, you're agreeing to the terms below. If something here doesn't make sense, ask us before you sign anything.
We offer social media marketing, SEO and local search, branding and design, and marketing consulting. The exact scope of work for your project will be agreed on before we start, either in writing over email or in a proposal.
Most projects start with a conversation about your goals and budget. Once we agree on a plan, we'll confirm the scope, timeline, and cost in writing before any work begins.
Project-based work typically requires a deposit before work starts, with the balance due on completion or in agreed milestones. Monthly services are billed in advance for the upcoming month. Invoices are due within 7 days unless we've agreed to something different in writing.
We can only work as fast as the information and access we're given. That means providing login access, content, feedback, and approvals in a reasonable timeframe. Delays on your end may push back timelines on ours.
Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final deliverables (logos, designs, written content, and similar materials created specifically for you) transfers to you. Any tools, templates, or processes we use to do the work remain ours.
Monthly services can be cancelled at any time with written notice. Work already completed for the current billing period is non-refundable. See our refund policy for full details.
Marketing takes time, and results depend on a lot of things outside our control, including your market, competition, and how quickly things change online. We'll always give you an honest, realistic picture of what to expect, but we can't guarantee specific rankings, follower counts, or sales figures.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a significant change, we'll let existing clients know directly. The version posted on this page is always the current one.
